A light in the darkWe help you untangle the pain, reclaim your identity, and live freely—on your own terms.

Religious Trauma Recovery Center is a trauma-informed therapy and coaching practice for people healing from systems of control - whether spiritual, relational, or psychological. Founded by an LMFT ex-evangelical and christian nationalist who went through her own deconstruction and deconversion process with no light and no roadmap. As she stumbled her way through the darkness, she decided to specialize in shining a light and providing a roadmap for others who were struggling in the same ways. We specialize in supporting individuals deconstructing form high-control belief systems, healing from narcissistic abuse, addressing neurodivergence, and rebuilding after trauma.
